Customer responsibility

- In case of forgetting an item Our team will do its utmost to recover any personal items in the vehicle, but cannot guarantee their integrity.
In the event of snagging
If an incident occurs while your vehicle is under our responsibility, we will cover :
- immediate notification from hanging to customer,
- taking charge of repairs via our insurance or that of the employee concerned,
- and delivery of a full report with photos of the incident.
- No vehicle leaves our facilities without prior inspection.
Service delays or setbacks
- In case of delay due to our team when the vehicle is returned, a commercial indemnity may be offered (for example, payment of a parking ticket or a discount on the next reservation).
- In case of customer delay, The vehicle remains secured on site until it is retrieved, with no penalty for the first 30 minutes.

How does valet parking work?
It's very simple. You drive to the airport drop-off point. One of our drivers will meet you there at the agreed time, take a quick look at the vehicle with you, and collect your keys. We'll then park your car in our secure parking lot. On your return, your car will be waiting for you in the same place.
Is my vehicle really safe?
Absolutely. That's our top priority. Our parking lot in Grand-Saconnex is a private, closed space, dedicated solely to our customers. We're professionals in car storage.
How is the “Voyageur” price calculated?
